Terms of Service

RenterMagnify AI analyzes how apartment communities appear in AI assistant answers and produces a RenterMagnify AI Visibility Score, supporting evidence, and recommended actions.

Results reflect AI platform responses captured at a point in time. AI systems change frequently, so scores and rankings can vary between runs.

We do not control third-party AI platforms, search engines, or review sites. RenterMagnify AI does not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, lead volume, or leasing outcome.

AI Mystery Shop is a one-time purchase of $50 for a single community report.

RenterMagnify AI Intelligence covers one community per subscription and requires a minimum commitment of six months. You may pay $300 per month for the committed term, or prepay $1,800 for six months in a single payment. Each additional community requires its own subscription.

Monthly plans continue to bill each month until canceled, subject to the six-month minimum term. Prepaid terms do not renew automatically; you choose whether to purchase a new term when the current one ends.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

You may request cancellation of a monthly RenterMagnify AI Intelligence subscription at any time, but the six-month minimum term still applies. Monthly billing and access continue through the end of the committed term, after which the subscription ends and the community reverts to the free tier.

Prepaid six-month terms run to the end of the paid term and then stop. Amounts paid for a committed or prepaid term are non-refundable mid-term except where required by law.

Previously generated audits and reports remain available to read. Ongoing monitoring, new mystery shops, score updates, and competitive tracking stop when the paid term ends.

Individually purchased $50 Mystery Shop reports remain accessible permanently.

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a report has been generated.

Submit only communities you own, manage, or are authorized to audit.

Do not resell, scrape, or redistribute reports as your own product without written permission, and do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

RenterMagnify AI retains ownership of the platform, scoring framework, and software. You receive a non-exclusive right to use the reports produced for your communities for internal business purposes.

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, RenterMagnify AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
