Publicly available information gathered during an audit, such as the content of the community website and public AI platform responses to renter-style questions.

Account and billing details processed by our payment provider when you purchase a report or subscription. We do not store full card numbers.

Standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) generated when you use the site.

To run the audit you request, generate your RenterMagnify AI Visibility Score, and store the resulting report and supporting evidence.

To deliver purchased products, send transactional email such as receipts and report links, and provide customer support.

To operate, secure, and improve the platform, including aggregated and de-identified analysis of audit results.

We share information with service providers that help us run the platform — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and the AI providers used to run renter prompts. Prompts sent to AI providers contain community information, not your personal contact details.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the security of the service.

Audits, reports, and their supporting evidence are retained so you can reference them later, including after a subscription ends. You may request deletion of your data at any time using the contact address below.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information associated with your email address.

You can unsubscribe from non-transactional email at any time.
